CLA is a must for anyone that hits the cardio hard yet wants to retain that lean muscle mass. Noticed a difference in weight flunctuation to a more of a baseline weight without the up and down every day. Muscles seem to feel fuller, not sure if from the pill yet or from my workout and run combination but want to attribute the notice to this addition. All pills are not designed the same and everyone will have different results, this is just how I feel after taking this product.
