Had issue with it when I opened the box n started it rite away, it started smoking, n an wasnt working, wasn’t making the ice, if anyone is having issues w that turn it off n let it sit for a few hrs or a day, thinking when I got it all the free-on wasn’t were it should have been when I first started it, n when I took it out to do a video for the company I didn’t have any issues w it, everything worked, I had it sitting back in the box for a few days and now its working perfectly, so if anyone has an issue w theirs to just let it sit for a few hrs or a day for it to settle from the moving around, I just love this sooo very much thank u

Great table top ice maker…..it’s a little noisy if the house is quiet but is not a deal breaker, it doesn’t make a ton of ice but will make enough for several 8oz cups in no time

I love the size of the machine and the looks of it. I love the fact the it makes great ice cubes fast and nicely. It is exactly what I was looking for a great price. I’m extremely satisfied with this product. I gladly recommend it!

I bought my mother in law one for mothers day because she had an icemaker that broke a long time ago, i loved hers so much I bought myself one. Then, I bought my dad one whose addicted to eating ice. The flavor is honestly impeccable & the ice bells are so soft and easy on your teeth if you’ve also got a bad habit of eating it. It’s the closest thing to “whole shaved ice” . I love mine, it’s definitely worth the money and infact not nearly as expensive as most.
