At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, this little peddler has drastically improved the quality of my life. I peddle it every day while I’m sitting for 8 hours at work – and I have noticed some pretty monumental changes to my physical health.First of all, I used to be cold ALL the time. I would have a space heater 4 inches away from me blasting me in the face in the middle of June at my office because the AC was torturous. Now those days are over thanks to this peddler (and not just when I’m using it, my blood flow has improved even when I’m not using it). I also thought I might have a vitamin deficiency because I was always tired and could barely make it through the day. Nope – apparently I just wasn’t moving enough. Now I feel energized, even when not using it. (It also makes the day feel like it’s going by faster somehow).Last but not least, after struggling with weight loss for over a year – I have lost 8.5 pounds in 3 weeks! I was only about 15 pounds overweight to begin with, so this is a BIG deal for me. The longest I have peddled it during the day is for 6 hours, and the most calories I have burned with it in a day is 1,100. I could not recommend this product more highly. It’s sturdy, affordable, and helps office workers to live a more active lifestyle. This is probably the best purchase that I have ever made on Amazon – without exaggeration. If you’re on the fence – GET IT!

Strained my patellar tendon on side of my left knee from moving to upstairs apartment. I pretty much sit at a desk all day and although had continued my walking routine 3x a week, the soreness was not subsiding. Tried some suggested exercises which helped a little, but then thought about an under the desk peddle exerciser, shopped Amazon and found this one with pretty good reviews, so purchased and received soon after. Was able to assemble with ease, started using under my desk at work (had to put task chair down to lowest setting to avoid bumping my knees on desk). I noticed a great improvement first time I used it. Had this about a week and this thing WAS the answer! Got the healing blood flow going on that patellar tendon and although still a little discomfort when I first wake in the morning, but over all, I can walk normally without the tightness and discomfort…on my way back to healed!! Great purchase for me! Will continue using for preventative and the exercise at work. Oh, and it doesn’t slip at all, I have it braced against desk wall where my feet rest. Be sure to center it with how you sit to make it peddle smooth. NO noise, no shaking. Very smooth when balanced.

I got this for my children to use as they do online school. It has really helped with the inevitable wiggles, and help them pay attention while still moving. I can use it as well, but not fully under my desk, as my knees will hit my desk.

I love this stationary exercise peddler.Being that I need knee surgery & walking is painful after awhile. I can still get exercise, get blood circulation going & maintain muscle strength while sitting at home watching tv or painting while sitting.It’s very easy to assemble, lightweight & makes no sound.I read through the reviews, but seen more positive than negative. I love this mini stationary bike. The tension works, my heels do not hit the ground, it’s solid, super quiet, comes with a strap to hold it in place, user friendly LED display and easy to store. This is the bike you want, but if you are looking for a hard core workout the best thing is a real bike. A upright bike would be second best, but I wanted it to keep me active while watching a movie with some challenge. I can break a sweat, and feel good afterwards!I would highly recommend this Goredi bike!

I purchased this cycle because I had become overweight and had hard time walking and wanted to work my legs (therapy). Product is easy to assemble, easy to use and sturdy. It did not slide while I was using it.

I gave seller bad review and I want to rescind my review. After struggling with the pedals, I was only able to get one attached. I fought and fought with the other pedal, it started to go in but it wouldn’t screw in all the way. I turned and turned and turned it, but no luck. I was doing this by hand. After I started a return, I realized maybe that was what the flat crescent wrench was for. Sure enough. If you look at the top right picture page 4 of the booklet, you can see the person using the crescent wrench. Other than that issue, it seems to be fine to use and well made.
