We’ve had an older HP printer for over 10 years, which we just replaced with the OfficeJet Pro 8025e. The new printer setup was easy by carefully following the instructions. The printer cartridges were easy to install. There were no issues installing the HP Smart app on our smart devices and laptops. I was able to skip the HP Instant Ink by scrolling further down in the app, which allowed me to select “skip”. Extremely convenient to print with the wireless capability. The touch screen is great and the print quality is very good. I haven’t had to contact tech support yet. I am very pleased with the purchase.

I was in the middle of doing my taxes when my 11-year-old HP Deskjet F4400 died. Chose this as a quick replacement. Had not been planning to get a new printer, so was resentful at first, but soon the new device won me over. The document feeder is reliable. Scanning large documents goes a lot more smoothly. Larger paper tray capacity is nice. WiFi setup was surprisingly easy. Have not used the fax or two-sided printing features yet.Like all printers of this type, it’s a bit slow, but was never meant to be a large volume printer.A happy purchase. I hope it lasts as long as my old HP.

I don’t know what everyone’s deal is with complaining about the wifi set up. We set up wireless printing on a PC, Mac and IPhone and each took just a couple of minutes. You don’t need to sign up for HP+ or spend any money. I almost didn’t buy this printer because of a couple of people that clearly can’t read directions.

You do not need to sign up for HP+ to set this printer up. There is a great YouTube video that shows you step by step how to set it up and skip the subscription process. Only bummer was, I couldn’t download the app with my Mac because it requires 10.14 or higher software. Wish I knew that before. But it works for my phone.Prints fast. No complaints so far.

If you are already familiar with technology it will be no problem to set up this printer. There is the OPTION OF OPTING OUT of the printer cartridge program. There is a 6 month free trial so I can take them up on that offer – relationships should always be that easy. Beautiful printer – just like I like my men – quiet and good looking. Great selection I made unlike previous boyfriends. This printer and I will get along just great.

Printers have apparently come a long way in a decade. Our outgoing printer, a Cannon, didn’t work with IPADS because they weren’t invented when we bought it. I’m not crazy about being embedded in the HP ink universe, but it sure is nice getting ink in the mail without ordering it. Software is fine, I mostly scan stuff which works ok. For some reason we have to have the app open on the PC for the printer to find the PC but honestly I’ve spent 0 seconds trying to figure it out. Connects well to the WyFi, a problem with the last printer, perfectly fine interface, and the best thing is it prints on two sides. I do not print photos but I have noticed the printer only came with like four colors (might be three) so I wouldn’t use this for art projects, but as an accountant this has more than I’ll ever need. I wish it would make toast too!

Despite the horrible reviews for this printer, i decided to give it a go.You don’t actually have to sign up for the ink subscription, there’s a small skip button at the bottom of setup. I assume it’s just some users who aren’t very tech savvy getting frustrated.Set up was easier on my laptop than my iPhone, but after setting up on laptop it was easy to connect my phone.I’ve printed photos and documents from this printer and it’s impressively fast for an inkjet, but i haven’t had an inkjet since the 2000s probably. Nonetheless I’m happy! Quality is what you’d expect from a printer like this but the ink hasn’t ran and there aren’t blotchy spots.8/10!

I really don’t understand all of the negative reviews about set up… I set this printer up in 20-30 minutes without even a hiccup! I’ve printed about 20 pages from my computer and some from my phone as well. Everything works well so far! Granted I’ve only had it for a day so if anything changes I’ll update. But set up and connection was seamless! As was downloading the HP app and working through there. And NOOOO you don’t have to sign up for HP+ or instant ink!! You just click go on without HP+. Come on people.
