I received my Brio 15.5 qt air fryer oven 3 days ago and I am thrilled with it! This unit outdoes my previous Paula Deen fryer by far, and as important as the cooking results is Customer Service. My unit came with the door looking a bit rough around the inside edge, and 10 minutes after unboxing (and planning what I would cook first!), I called nuwavenow Customer Service, and was connected to Dorsina P. Not only did she resolve the issue (a new door is on its way), but her people skills are amazing! I reached out to her again the following day to inquire about the roasting drum and handle as an add-on accessory, only to learn that they are out of stock, with no ETA. I thanked Dorsina for her help and wished her a good day. Well, the next morning, there was an email from her, letting me that the drum and handle were now in stock! I was blown away by her initiative and taking the time to reach out to me. When I thanked her for her assistance at the end of our phone call, her humble response was “That’s why I’m here.” And I am so thankful that she is, offering the best ‘can do’ attitude I truly have ever experienced. I not only recommend the Nuwave air fryer, but be assured that their customer service is first rate!

We bought this air fried because our daughter has one and loves it. If you are looking for an easy to use air frying appliance that doesn’t take up a lot of room, this is it. Included with the unit is a a uick start guide that contains a cooking guide for beef, chicken,pork,seafood, vegetables and pizza.it also contains 100 presets for both fresh, frozen and dehydrate foods ( simply look on the chart, find the food you want to fry by air not oil, enter the preset number and push start). A cook book with 70 recipes is also included. If you buy it from Amazon, you get a full set of accessories like several baskets, a grill plate, rotisserie kit, popcorn basket, etc. The unit we got worked great right out of the box. We use it to rotisserie a four pound chicken, ribeye steaks, capons, fry fish, bake corn bread and an apple pie, chicken wings, sausage, etc, etc. One feature we really like is the front door is removal by opening it up, and lifting it out for easy cleaning.

One of these days I will post a picture of the food I have made so far in this machine…right now my household hasn’t let the food sit to even cool. If you want perfect whole chickens, wings, steak…any veggie…give this a try. I’m very impressed and happy with this purchase. The cleaning is quick and easy, the air fryer cools in a reasonable amount of time to wipe down and wash accessories. You can go from frozen to cooked very quickly. A great feature is the temperature probe that is built in. Several of my friends and family have ordered this product after seeing what mine can do. Overall impressed and super happy. Great buy for a small price!!

I had to get this when I saw the coupon and all the accessories (my sister bought the same one, but paid more and got fewer accessories). I probably use this more often than my oven since it doesn’t heat up my whole house. I love doing rotisserie chickens, veggies, potatoes in this air fryer. I even use it to reheat leftovers and use the programming feature. The only complaint I’d have is cleaning the racks, but I bought a denture brush and cleaning is much easier now.

We are so glad we bought this! It is surprisingly easy to use despite all it comes with. Cleaning is easy but time consuming if you use it daily. We have cooked many things in this so far. Rotisserie chicken, brats and bbq chicken to name a few. The flavor is amazing! It’s like cooking on a grill without the hassle of starting one up or constantly going outside to check it. Comes with a list of presets for like 100 different things. Preset for bacon….. yes very easy. I would totally recommend this product!

This is the perfect size. I bought it to cook healthier and also really liked the rotisserie ability. It does not let you down. The rotisserie is smaller than I would have liked, but if you truss up your chicken on the spit with cooking cotton twine, you can definitely fit a 5 lb. chicken in. And yes, it is easy to clean. I also sometimes use airfryer parchment paper if I know the meal will be a messy one, but most of the time I just cook on the trays misted with oil. Also, before ordering I read lots of reviews. Many complained of the front door falling off or being made cheaply. Unless these people are idiots, there is no issue with the front door. It is made to be removed very easily to clean, but doesn’t “fall off”. Unless you cook like a bull in a china shop, you will be fine with this machine. I also had no “plastic” smell when I first used it, like some of the reviewers also complained about. I like it and am glad this is the one I finally picked.

New to air fryers, but wanted one at least big enough to fit a rotisserie chicken in it (if desired).We were informed that air fryers are loud, this one is NOT loud. Very quiet and very effective.Cooks our meals (chicken, veggies and/or whatever) and keeps them juicy and very tasteful.I was not aware of the health benefits of air fryers until reading about it. My family and I are very cognizant of what we put into our bodies and love food so this was the best of healthy and delicious options while still minimizing prep time for dinner.Minimal effort with maximum results. Definitely the perfect addition to any kitchen with a little extra counter space.Would HIGHLY recommend this air fryer if you’re in the market for one, which if you’re reading this review, you probably are!

This is my new favorite kitchen item. I don’t think I will ever use my oven again. I am so impressed by this air fryer I am raving about it at work and I think people are going to order one for themselves. Love it ! Not only is it fun to use but it cooks everything so fast. Everything comes out crispy and perfect. A must buy!

This fryer cooks just as excepted. I purchased a brush from the dollar store. I use it to clean the gills easily. My only issue is, the letter on the front of the fryer are coming off. All I do is wipe the front with a soft cloth. I had to type labels on the front where the letters disappear.The company should change the type of letters they use on the front of the fryer.

Got this airfryer on a recommendation from a buddy. The first day I got it I cooked a whole chicken to perfection! It will change the way you use an oven. Huge cooking capacity for large items but plenty of accessories for cooking lots of smaller foods. 5stars get one!
