I have always trusted this brand, I decided it was time to buy some for my father that is reaching that stage. He has no complaints of them so far. You take the pills in the morning and I suggest with some food to not upset the stomach but other than that I think it’s something to incorporate in a persons daily life.

…it’s very difficult to rate supplement/vitamins. It’s more depending of how one feels. I trust that this supplement is one of the quite many that keep my 74-year body allowing me to do my 3-times a week strength training sessions, 1.5 – 2 hours each time. I do not use any pharmaceutical drugs.

It’s a great vitamin. If you compare them, it is comparable to Centrum Silver. My husband takes one a day, as prescribed. Hard to write much about a vitamin, unless there is something negative to say and I have only good things to say about these. People take them for the added vitamins and supplements they will get from them, and these have what you are looking for. My husband has no problem swallowing them. I, however, can’t buy the women’s equivalent of these because I have trouble swallowing them. They feel like they get stuck in my throat. But, as I said, my husband has no problem with swallowing them and he’s the one who takes them so, that’s a plus.
