I’ve never taken vitamins before in my life. This is my first time. That being said, ive eaten it with food so far and I’ve been completely fine.I only felt nauseous once because I was in a hurry to go somewhere after waking up, and took it on a comepletely empty stomach.The bottle SAYS to take it after a meal.The people complaining need to learn how to read.I cant say much on the effect it has on my body because I’ve taken it for less than a week, I’ll update the review if I see some really noticable changes.

I’m writing this because I’ve bought this brand of daily vitamins for years and I see many people writing it makes them sick. You need to take them with a meal, real food. Not a light breakfast or a snack. Maybe other vitamins you can get away with that, but these are packed with almost everything you need and more. It requires more than light food. When I first took them in the morning I was sick to my stomach. I’ve since taken them in the afternoon with lunch usually. I’ve never had any issues and these vitamins really do make me feel good/healthy

Not sure that any of the star ratings where correct (warmth and thickness..lol) but rating a 5 because they gave me energy and after a few weeks of taking the vitiams I felt a lot better

This tablet has been extremely effective for me. Just 1 tablet a day keeps me active, less hair fall, healthy skin, nails and bones. I personally feel that every woman should take this tablet daily….specially if you are 30+ and or after delivery…
